The Plan

  • Build a periodic scraper that pulls utility-scale project data from top U.S. government sources, continuously.

  • Filter projects by fit conditions, then trigger a second scraper to enrich the selected companies (project context + company context).

  • Convert the enriched data into role-aware messaging and launch per-account email sequences.

  • Route top engagers who didn’t book into a LinkedIn connect → DM follow-up workflow.
