# Adoric — 1720% Engagement Lift. $1 Signups. From Guessing to Compounding.

**Industry**: SaaS / Martech / On-site engagement for eCommerce
**Engagement type**: Full-service AI automation build + ongoing weekly optimization
**Time to first measurable win**: 6 weeks

Adoric is a SaaS company selling on-site engagement tools to eCommerce brands. Deep-Y built the AI outreach and activation system that took them from "we think this message works" to a weekly-optimizing pipeline that improves on its own.

## Headline metrics

- **1720%** — engagement lift vs baseline
- **$1** — cost per activated signup (down from $14 — a 14x improvement)
- **+27 pp** — absolute activation rate improvement
- **4.7M** — impressions delivered through live campaigns
- **94%** — message-to-user match rate (AI picks the right sequence for the right user)
- **22 hours/week** — manual work removed from the growth team
- **6 weeks** — from kickoff to first measurable win
- **System still running** — zero manual optimization since month 2

## The Challenge

Adoric had a working product, steady inbound traffic, and a sign-up flow that converted at roughly industry average. What they didn't have was a repeatable way to improve any of it. Their team was running ad-hoc A/B tests, guessing at onboarding messages, and seeing marginal gains followed by regressions every time they changed anything.

The real problem wasn't the signup page. It was the **activation gap** — 62% of new users signed up, opened the product once, then disappeared. Every dollar of acquisition spend was being eaten by a leaky funnel that nobody could instrument end-to-end.

Previous attempts: three different email tools, two lifecycle consultants, and a "growth sprint" that left behind a dashboard nobody opened. Cost per activated signup had drifted to $14. The team was burning time on tactics instead of building a system.

## The Approach

Deep-Y is a service agency, not a SaaS vendor. We don't hand over a dashboard and walk away. We designed, built, deployed, and continue to run the full outreach and activation system for Adoric. Five phases over six weeks, then ongoing weekly optimization.

### Phase 1 — Signal mapping + instrumentation (week 1)

We instrumented every step of the signup-to-activation journey: registration source, first-session depth, time-to-first-value, feature touch patterns. **18 behavioral signals** wired into one data pipeline so the AI had something real to learn from.

### Phase 2 — Message matrix + AI generation (week 2)

We built a structured test matrix:
- 5 offer framings
- 4 subject-line styles
- 3 send-time strategies
- 2 CTA structures

That's **120 variants**. AI generated each one trained on Adoric's voice, then scored them for predicted performance before a single send.

### Phase 3 — Live rollout + winner detection (weeks 3–4)

Rolled the matrix live against 47,000 users in controlled cohorts. By the end of week 4 the system had found the winning combination — and it was nothing the team would have guessed. The framing that worked was 3x less "salesy" than anything they'd tested manually.

### Phase 4 — Behavioral segmentation engine (week 5)

We layered a segmentation engine that splits users into **6 behavioral tiers**: power-activated, warm, dormant, bounced, re-engaged, and high-intent. Each tier gets its own sequence. Users move between tiers automatically as behavior shifts.

### Phase 5 — Weekly compounding loop (week 6 → ongoing)

The system reviews its own performance weekly, retires underperforming variants, promotes winners, and generates new candidate messages against the current winner. Every cycle narrows the gap between actual and theoretical peak performance.

## The Result

The headline number is 1720% engagement lift, but what matters more is *how* the gains compounded:

- **Week 4**: first big jump — from matrix winner
- **Week 7**: second jump — from segmentation separating high-intent from dormant
- **Month 3**: third jump — weekly loop running enough cycles to refine against itself

Adoric didn't buy a tool. They hired Deep-Y to build the system and keep it compounding. It's still running, still learning, still beating its own numbers.

## Testimonial

> "The AI automation system they built doesn't just send emails — it learns. Every week our conversion rates get better. It's the first marketing investment that genuinely compounds."
>
> — **Tal Revivo**, Founder, Adoric
