Figureit is a GTM stage startup offering a platform that connects multiple data sources into live, customizable analytics dashboards with insight panels.
The goal was to win early traction fast – without stealing focus from product, by targeting one high converting ICP first: PPC-focused marketing agencies.

Goals & Approach
Build a narrow, accurate ICP list (not “all agencies”).
Validate ICP fit with real signals before sending.
Run sequences that speak directly to PPC agency needs and convert into demos and paying customers.
Reach the inboxes of decision makers.

The Plan
Build a list of 900 relevant marketing agencies in Israel, focusing on small teams (up to ~25 employees).
Scrape each agency website and used AI classification to confirm whether the agency is truly PPC-led and which channels they focus on (Google, Facebook, Taboola, etc.).
Segment the outreach by PPC channel mix and launch precise sequences aligned to each segment’s reality.
Track replies, requests, meetings, pipeline, and conversions to refine targeting and copy.
