Add a second touchpoint (LinkedIn) for high-engagement prospects that don’t schedule via email.

The Plan
Build a periodic scraper that pulls utility-scale project data from top U.S. government sources, continuously.
Filter projects by fit conditions, then trigger a second scraper to enrich the selected companies (project context + company context).
Convert the enriched data into role-aware messaging and launch per-account email sequences.
Route top engagers who didn’t book into a LinkedIn connect → DM follow-up workflow.
